With a tremendous passion for English language and literature I graduated at Leiden University on the novel Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë. After having worked in education for a number of years I focussed on a career in Human Resources. During the years I always returned to English literature.

Around 10 years ago I discovered photography. I attended several basic trainings at the Photo Academy in Amsterdam as well as a large number of trainings and workshops with the objective of increasing my photography skills. Photography is an endless source of joy for me and I am fortunate to be able to learn from the best Dutch landscape and documentary photographers.
